Month-End Closing Dates

Month-end closing dates are always the last calendar day of the month.

Material submitted online through the Toastmasters website is processed automatically and counted toward recognition in the month received.

Material submitted to World Headquarters via mail, fax, or email may be delayed in its processing, but will be counted toward the month it was received, so long as it is complete and accurate when received.

Final Distinguished Club Program and District performance reports are typically available the second Friday of every month following World Headquarters’ processing of material not received online.
